Frequently Asked Questions

How does Pixel Brawler work?

A brawler portrait is shown heavily pixelated. Name the character you think it is. Each wrong guess reduces the pixelation, revealing the portrait more clearly.

How many guesses until the image is fully clear?

The portrait starts at 2x2 pixels and sharpens with every wrong guess, through 4x4, 6x6, 8x8, 12x12, 16x16, 24x24, 32x32 and 48x48, stopping at 64x64. It never goes past that from guessing alone: only solving the puzzle reveals the full portrait.

Is the brawler the same for everyone?

Yes. The daily pixel brawler is seeded by UTC date and is identical for all players.

Can I play again after solving?

Not until the next reset: every daily mode is once per day and they all refresh at midnight UTC. Higher or Lower and Brawl Blitz are endless if you want to keep playing.
